Welcome
Welcome to Columbia United Providers' website. Columbia United Providers is
a small managed health care plan serving the State of Washington Medicaid managed
care program called Healthy Options, the State Childrens Health Insurance Program,
and the Washington Basic Health Subsidized program. Our service area includes Clark
County, Washington.
We currently serve over 36,000 enrollees in a network that includes over 95% of
the primary health care providers and specialists in Clark County, including Southwest
Washington Medical Center and its associated providers, and Legacy Salmon
Creek hospital.
