Columbia United Providers (CUP) is a community-based health plan that offers friendly, personal service and a wide choice of doctors in Clark county in SW Washington. CUP serves members enrolled in the Healthy Options, State Childrens Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), and Basic Health programs.
