What is the New DSHS Services Card and When Will I Get Mine?

If you are eligible for Medicaid/GAU coverage by March 26, 2010, and you live in Southwest Washington, you should receive your new Services Card between May 4 and May 7, 2010.

The Department of Social and Health Services is changing to a new provider payment processing system known as ProviderOne. With the new system, clients will be issued a permanent Services Card. This plastic card will replace the current paper Medical Assistance ID (MAID) card that is sometimes referred to as the medical coupon. hfg
