In our ongoing efforts to share the results of CUP's improvement and member satisfaction
activities with practitioners and providers, the Provider Focus Newsletter was created.
This Tri-Annual newsletter enhances the communication between the Providers and
CUP by informing providers of any updates to medical programs, useful member statistics,
