Online Services for Providers
CUP offers services through our website for all providers. Contracted providers are able to look up member eligibility, claims, referrals, billing guidelines, create reports, and access a host of other resources and reference materials.
If you are a provider for CHPW-CUP members we would be happy to setup an online account for your use. If you are not sure of your clinic's contracted status, call or email us at the contacts listed below.

Helping Members With Their Enrollment ~
To Apply for Benefits clients should contact their local Community Service Office (CSO). A listing of offices can be found here. Use the "Find an Office" tool at the right of the page. Clients can also apply only at www.washingtonconnection.org as well as general information about available services.
Client information is processed from the CSO into the ProviderOne (P1) system, which determines eligibility. ProviderOne assigns eligible clients a P1 ID number and a managed care healthplan.
The standard process has been that HCA sends an enrollment packet to the newly enrolled member to let them know which plan they have been enrolled in. The packet includes a completed enrollment form, tells the client of all their plan choices, and how to change plans if they wish.
The most expeditious way to make a change is through the ProviderOne site. A link to the P1 site and instructions for plan enrollment are here.
As always, if you or your clients have any questions related to enrollment in State health benefit programs, please contact our Member Services Team at (360) 891-1520 or toll free at 1-800-315-7862. We are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
