Patient Review and Coordination Program
The Patient Review and Coordination (PRC) program is designed to help improve the health and safety of CUP members who show high and/or incorrect use of healthcare services or show high-risk behavior. The PRC program may assign members to specific providers either chosen by the member or assigned by the program. Members will be assigned to one Primary Care Provider (PCP), one Pharmacy, one Controlled Substances Provider, and one Hospital for non-emergency services.
